Hector is a strategic mergers and acquisitions executive with over 30 years of experience advising global private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies. He co-founded EY’s Latin America Transaction practice, where he oversaw more than 500 transactions across various sectors. He also led EY’s efforts with a $100 billion fund focused on disruptive technologies. As a senior partner at EY, Hector held key leadership roles, including managing partner, Global Client Service lead partner, and Americas Innovation & Emerging Services leader, driving significant growth for the firm. Born, raised, and educated in Miami, Hector is a dedicated community leader, serving on the boards and executive committees of several prestigious local organizations.

Raymond J. Zomerfeld is a partner of Zomma Group, LLP, and has been a practicing accountant for over 30 years. Zomerfeld is office managing partner and heads the tax and accounting group in the Miami/Coral Gables office of the firm. He works with high net worth and high incomeproducing individuals to mitigate their tax liabilities through various strategies.

Mr. Kayal is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of the News Link Group of Affiliated Entities, a Miami-based airport retail concessionaire established in 2004. News Link and its affiliates currently operate over 40 newsstands, news/gift, news/book, sundries, specialty retail and café concessions at Miami International Airport, Tampa International Airport, Boston-Logan International Airport, Dallas Ft Worth International Airport and Nashville International Airport, employing over 400 people.

Kevin E. Packman, a native of Miami, is a partner with Holland & Knight and a member of its International Estate Planning Group, an integral part of the firm’s Private Wealth Services Department. Packman also chairs the firm’s Offshore Compliance Team. His practice includes tax controversies, estate planning (domestic and international), and creditor protection planning. He is also recognized as a national leader in foreign bank and financial accounts reporting.

Prior to forming the Firm, Mr. Sanchez-Medina was a partner at the national law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery, where he was a member of the Corporate Department, and was a senior associate at the national law firm of Holland & Knight.

Previously, Camila also held Quality leadership roles across Latin America North since July 2021 broadening the Quality Network and developing sustainable processes serving our audit practices from Mexico to Peru.
