Joyce A. Galya Excellence Award

In 2009, the Citizens Board created an award in Joyce’s honor that is bestowed annually to a deserving recipient who best defines excellence and leadership within the Citizens Board. It is a difficult award to earn as it honors the person who meets the standard that Joyce set as the first recipient of this award.

Sebastian’s Up & Comer Award

Established in 2013, the Sebastian’s Up & Comer award recognizes a new member who very quickly integrates into the CB culture, embraces the friend and fundraising mission of the organization and actively participates in the many social and programming events throughout the CB year.
